Power Supply is the computer hardware that function to change the current AC voltage into a DC supply and computer devices such as: motrherboard, hard drive, CD ROOM and others. Power supply is the source of most major computer voltage, so if the power supply has the problem, then all computer components will also experience the problem that is causing your computer can not be turned on or off.

Here is a problem that often occurs in power supply:
1.Computer suddenly die and live again (restart) when the system is working.
2.hard drive cooling fan and do not want to spin
3.Power On or system start up failure
4.Computer system completely dead
Diagnose the problem:
1. The voltage on the power supply to decline so it's not to be shared to all the components of computer hardware.
2. Problems on the ON/OFF button on the power supply
3. power cable connecting the power supply with a voltage source is broken
4. The fan on the power supply so that it doesn't damage the turning excessive heat on the power supply.
Solution:
1. Check voltage source or if necessary on stavolt to stabilize voltage
2. Check power cable or try with another power cable.
3. If the fan on the power supply does not spin, replace the fan with a new one
4. Check the ON/OFF switch on the back of the power supply
5. replace power supply that fits the needs of your computer's hardware, as each power supply has certain limits.
